Because as Insider you simply experience more! Meet people from all over the world in your city, be part of our worldwide network and get in contact with like-minded people. As Insider you may re-explore your own city: Get into the travelers' fascination for your city and inspire them. Besides you may make friends all over the world and improve your language skills.

Please keep in mind: You do not need to be a historian or an upscale hotspot-adept to inspire people for your city. On home court you are the Insider!

Please register for the city you live in at the moment. The reason for that is, that travelers contact you to meet you in your city. So please if you live in New York for example, please register for New York, even if you might know a lot about other cities from your last trips.

If you will not be available for a period of time, because of any reasons, you can activate the holiday-mode for your profile in the "About my Guiding"-section. In that case your profile will be saved in our database, but other users cannot contact you.

Please contact our team, by using the form in the registration page or just send an e-mail to . Please understand, that we cannot add smaller towns and villages in the list. In that case you might just register for a nearby city and maybe give additional information about where you live in your profile or your guiding-description.

With some e-mail clients it might happen, that you cannot click the activation link. In that case please copy the link and paste it into your internet browser manually.

Besides our Insider-network you may also find professional guides at fliegen&sparen Insider. Only guides that are licensend and/or authorized according to their country's policy may register as professional guides at fliegen&sparen Insider. Therefore you can trust in the professional guides to be professionally educated and experienced guides, who offer you highest quality and safety.

Please note that professional guides do guidings for living. Usually you will find information about their fees within their profile. Please only contact professional guides if you are really interested in a guided tour. For the cross-cultural exchangee and for friendy-turn meet-ups please use the worldwide private network at fliegen&sparen Insider.

Of course we cannot guarantee for the quality of the guides. But you have the possibility to share your experience with other users by using the rating system and the blogs.

For private users registration and use are completely for free. But surely it is a gesture of friendship to invite the Insider for a snack or a drink or pay for gas or entrance fees.

At the moment even the commercial use of fliegen&sparen Insider is for free. As soon as we are planning to introduce costs for commercial users, we will inform you about it in time.

Isn't that familiar: Even if somebody is a complete foreigner to you, you will trust him in case a good friend of yours knows and trusts him as well. In our case the "good friend" is our network. Only users who have already received votes of trust from other users can give their own vote of trust. By using that "snowball effect", trust will be passed on within the network. The initial vote of trust has been given by fliegen&sparen Insider.

To request another user's trust, you'll need his login. The login is usually only known by the user himself, so you'll have to ask him personally. This is because we want to make sure that you can only request trust of users you really contacted.

A Certified Insider is rated highly trustful by fliegen&sparen Insider. That is why he does not need to request other user's trust and he can give trust points to other users right on. There are Certified Insiders throughout the whole wide world whom fliegen&sparen Insider know. Thus we want to maximize the trust network quickly. The trust network should be a quality indicator for the trustfulness of an user.

For using the trust network you only need to inform other people about your login (not the password!). Without your password other users cannot log in to your account - that is why your safety will not be affected by telling other people your login. (With many freemail-providers your e-mail address is your login as well. Nevertheless nobody can log in to your account, as far as your password is secret.)

In your blog you may write about experiences you have had together with other users. No matter if you have met people from all over the world in your city as the Insider or if you have had a great time at your destination as a traveler: Let other people participate in your experiences! Also the evening with friends, your new favorite CD or the exam you have just passed - whatever involves you may be content for your blog. The more you write about yourself, the more likely other like-minded users will contact you. Please notice our netiquette while writing a post.

If you write about an experience you have shared with another user, you may link to him. Just choose the user from your contact list after writing your post. Your post will then also be published in the other user's blog as well. Please notice: You can only link to users you communicated with at fliegen&sparen Insider.

Other user's posts linked to you are also published in your blog. Therefore if somebody writes about an experience he or she shared with you and links to you, the post can be viewed in your blog as well. Vice versa you may link to other users - that is how a worldwide experience network will be built.

You may deactivate your posts at anytime. Before deleting posts, in case you might not like them at the moment, please use the option "deactivate". In that event other users cannot view your post anymore, but you can save it for yourself, maybe edit it and activate it at a later point of time.

Your profile only shows details that are necessary to get into contact with you and that help others to make their own mind of you. This is your firstname, your age, your language skills, and your city. Besides, your individual profile and if possible your picture are visible.

The data published in your profile will be available at www.insideragency.com as well as at partner websites. The images and information you provided may be used for marketing purposes by Insider Agency and partners.

For contacting other members of the Insider-network you need to use our messaging system. To offer maximum safety and privacy your e-mail address will be invisible to the public. After getting into contact via our messaging system, feel free to share your (e-mail) address and/or your phone number for a quicker and more comfortable arrangement.

Professional guides may enter an e-mail address as well as telephone numbers in their profile being visible to public.

We only collect data that is necessary for using our service. Of course your data is not used for purposes other than intended: Your data will neither be passed nor being used to send you promotion without your accordance. Please also note our privacy information.

A sign-off is possible at all times. To delete your data completely from our database just send an e-mail to .

At the end of the quarter of the year we raffle an iPod nano (2GB) for Insiders, who successfully recruit other Insiders by using the invitation system.

The more friends you recruit, the better your chances for winning the iPod will be - because for every successful invitation you will get one raffle ticket for the sweepstake.

Your friends have to register after entering our website with your invitation link and finally activate their user profile. Please notice: Only complete profiles with at least one field of personal text will count for the sweepstake!

We will inform you about the current status of your invitations in your Insider area. There you will see, who clicked on your invitation links, who registered already and who activated his or her profile. To avoid fake-entries, we reserve the right to check the profiles of newly registered Insiders.

For participating in the sweepstake, it is mandatory that the participant is at least aged 18 years. For successful participation it is furthermore necessary, that the invitee accepts browser-cookies or directly registers by using the link sent in your invitaion-mail.

The winner of the sweepstake will be contacted with the data he or she entered in his or her profile. Participants are responsible to take care of the quality and correctness of their data themselves. As we are sending the price via postal mail, it is mandatory, that the winner of the sweepstake informs us about his postal address.

Insider Agency GmbH is responsible for dispatch and exportation of the price from Germany. Participants should check the regulations of import for the country, they would like us to send the price to, if they would have to take further actions in advance.
